How to Claim

Damaged, lost or stolen your phone, here's what to do...

Claim online - submit your claim for damage, lost or stolen phone here, our new claims portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online claims will be assessed in real time and we’ll be in touch with you to agree the next steps for your claim.

Damaged Phones

Submit your claim via our online claim portal.

Online claims will be assessed in real time and we’ll be in touch with to agree the next steps for your claim. If your claim is approved,  we will be in touch to arrange a courier to collect it.

If the phone is beyond repair (e.g. – in pieces or crushed) send it to Phonecover after submitting your online claim after receiving confirmation your claim has been approved.

We’ll also provide a basic loan phone if requested.​

Repair of the phone will take 5-7 working days on receipt of the damaged phone.

Lost Phones

Make sure you contact Three to suspend your SIM on 1913 within 48 hours of loss/theft.

Submit you claim via our online claim portal.

Online claims will be assessed in real time and if your claim is approved, we'll be in touch to provide a replacement phone, usually within 1 working day.

Paper claim forms will be processed on receipt and we will be in touch to provide a replacement phone, usually within 24 hours of receipt of an approved claim form. 

Stolen Phones

Make sure you contact Three to suspend your SIM on 1913 within 48 hours of loss/theft.

Submit  you claim via our online claims portal and give detailed information on circumstances of theft. Ensure your theft is reported to the Gardai.

Online claims will be assessed in real time and if your claim is approved, we'll will be in touch to provide a replacement phone, usually within 1 working day.

Paper claim forms will be processed on receipt and we will be in touch to provide a replacement phone, usually within 24 hours of receipt of an approved claim form.
